In addition, she has advised on significant number of cross-border transactions in Africa and has developed a wide network within Africa and Asia.
She is the team lead that represented a corporation in the negotiation and acquisition of a 37.5 Million Dollar flour mill. She is currently the team lead advising an international telecommunications company in respects of its business transactions in Nigeria.
In the field of arbitration, Adeola has successfully represented both local and multinational corporations in arbitration proceedings having hone her alternative dispute resolution skills while serving as a case Manager at the Lagos Multi-Door Court House.
